- Recharge: Connect to the bare soil and let earth energy flow into you while you allow negative energy to discharge and be cleansed by the earth. This is an important first step to reset your energy balance towards reducing stress, reconnecting with yourself, and gaining clarity for better decision-making and actions.
- De-stress. Allow all your worries to blow away with the breeze. When in nature, focus on what you see, hear, smell, feel, and taste. Notice the colors, sounds, and movements of everything around you. By focusing on your immediate environment, your mind can relax and take a much-needed break from the stressful thoughts playing over and over again on repeat.
- Connect with self: Sit quietly, do deep breathing, and be lovingly present with yourself. Acknowledge that your health and well-being are important for everyone and everything in your life. Take a moment to feel, listen, and appreciate your inner wisdom, and know that you can access it at any time you choose.
- Focus: Generate new ideas or find clarity on your path forward. When you allow yourself to be present, balanced, and calm, you allow space and opportunity for creativity to flow. Take the time while you are in nature to allow solutions to surface without judgment.
Nature always has something beneficial to offer that you can’t get anywhere else. It’s one of God’s greatest gifts to humans, but most do not know its value.
